Our cover image is champion skier, Daisi Daniels, a future star who
has achieved so much in her career already.

The new Woman of Rochdale, Sarah Fitchett, speaks about her
involvement with the charity PAPYRUS.

Talking about amazing charities, Jolly Josh opens its first
fully-inclusive centre for disabled children that is recognised as their
new place to call home.

Moving forwards, we commemorate two Rochdale businesses that have hit incredible milestones.
H Bell & Sons mark 110 years of business and BES celebrates turning 20 years old and also nudging
£100 million turnover.

Roy Down, a development worker and chairman of Rochdale in Bloom, shares with us some excellent
tips to keep our gardens looking colourful in the sunshine.

Natasha Brown has once again created an amazing recipe - this time for a pineapple upside-down
cake that you can indulge in with a homemade piña colada too.

Councillor Aasim Rashid, the 150th mayor, reflects on his past mayoral year as he raised £15,000 for
his five local chosen charities.
